what is the best way to learn html and css?
Html is very important in web design.
As a beginner you can learn html fundamentals from various online sources which are 100% free and best ways. W3schools dot com is world's most visiting website. Here you see the html basics with examples and you can practice the demos with live output. Now I have many years of experience in web user interfacedesign but I was started with html basics only. If you have a strong command on basics then after getting experience you can do well. |

You can learn both of these from any book or tutorial, but the actual learning you will get from your practice and experience. It is not a thing to learn in instant, it will take time and you will get experienced togethrr with time.
