Hello Guys,
Please tell me that if i wanna increase (Best B.Tech College in Delhi NCR) this keyword ranking but not using On Page techniques. How i will get increase ranking in this above keyword.

Do proper on page seo and create the meta tags on every pages. And then create the create the quality backlinks with using quality content

It need lots of time and efforts to get higher ranking in Google, I would suggest you to start building quality back links for your website. Make sure you focus on quality not quantity. Handful of quality back links are better then 1000 poor back links.
