I want to know that How you will observe to find problem why website is not ranking? tell me guys..

You must check your sitemap, If there is any broken link in your site.Do the Off page SEO on dofollow and high PR sites.

if your webstie have any problems go and check Search Console it will show what is the problem then rectify those problem after your website get ranking.
