I am looking forward to some good sets of advice regarding the dilemma that I have with the site that I have been working on for quite a time already. As you all can see, this site is very much concerned with online advice on health and fitness. I want this site to be totally optimized for online existence and this is the main reason why I have been working on it by employing a number of good SEO techniques that some of you might be familiar about. The dilemma is that even when I have worked really hard enough, it seems that my efforts are bearing any good results. What should I do on this matter now?

On Page Optimization is making sure that your website pages are optimized properly so that search engines know what your pages are about.

Off Page Optimization is all about getting backlinks to your website from other websites. Backlinks determine how important your website is because search engines perceive backlinks as votes.

On page is required for establishing website for off page because without on page we can not doing any process of off page.

Make a Site Audit first, which is also called SEO On-page Optimization, then do set your targets,keywords,contents. After that, you can proceed to do Link Building which is also called SEO Off-page Optimization.
