Explain landing pages in detail?

For all websites to gain higher ranks and quality traffic, SEO is what must be used to its maximum. In addition to it, it helps a website to generate revenues. One must be aware of the fact that learning SEO is not a one day practice but you have to learn as well as implement it with patience. Devising new and innovative methods is what expected from experts and they know how to provide it. Landing pages are more or less related to link building and its strategies. With link building, you can leave all your worries aside as it helps in achieving higher ranks.

Sometimes landing pages are used to target keywords. The landing page is the page design to display products and target it with relevant keywords for ranking or even ppc.

Through which URL your targeted keyword appear on search engine results page is called landing page. For example your targeted keyword calendar printing companies and http://www.calendar-printing.co.uk/ appear on search engine for this keyword then it will be the landing page for calendar printing companies. It should be according to keyword.

A Landing Page is a page that focuses information targeted towards a particular user – and according to Seth Godin, optimised specifically to encourage 1 of 5 actions: Get a visitor to click (to go to another page, on your site or someone else's)
