To design a static html website, there should be a web user interface designer. But coming to word press a common man with minimum computer knowledge can design a word press website and he can add, edit or change the content. Not only the content but also he can change the design also with good themes. Word press themes are many, so it is user friendly and most loved platform to create website. Share your response also.
