I think wordpress plugin SEO yoast gives you keyword density %

Keyword density is a No of Times your Keyboards Repeating in a Content it should be 3 to 4%. and it should not be more than 3 to 4 % if it is more than it will harmful for your website.

Keyword density= No. of keywords/ Total number of words in particular page * 100
and it should be 1 to 2 percent for any single page for better result in Google

Keyword Density is the measurement of the number of times your keyword appears on the page of your article, versus the number of words on the page… a ratio in other words.
To find out keyword density for any page then there are so many online tools available on google like keyworddensity.com Formula fo Keyword Density: ( ( Words Presence * Phrase Word Count ) / total words count ) * 100
