Many friends sometimes complain or confused why their website optimized, but traffic still do not increase it?

the website keyword ranking is high but no high traffic this can happen in two condition either your keyword is so long, unnatural or your website contain no quality content.
for that you have to pack your site with full of quality content.

First, try using google adwords it has a simple sign up procedure that will let you be able to post your website on google searches relevant to the topic.

Another will be to post your website in forums or comment on other peoples blogs, this is another way to increase the traffic. You can also buy traffic from SEOclerks.

if keywords are already ranking then the possible reason would be the design of your website may not be user friendly.try to redesign your website.

It's depend on keyword competition and search. some time you have low competitive and low search keyword and you get easily high rank of that keywords but can't get the traffic. .
