I think the most secure platform for website development is JAVA. become mostly payment getway sites and banking related sites are developed in java's framework. Apart from this .Net is also competitor of Java.

I give first priority to the cold fusion it will be secure compared to .net ,the .net have 31%of vulnerabilities and also cold fusion have 11%vulnerabilities in sql injection vulnerabilities so both have plus and minus based on that you can choose the suitable one for your purposes.

+1. ColdFusion is secure.

PHP is good too. If you follow basic practices, PHP is really secure. It's also easier to learn and use. Many big fishes use it.

Now, a general and a bit off-topic advice : Unless you have a really big business like FB or you are a secret agent group , PHP is enough. PHP is easy, though powerful while ColdFusion is more on the tougher side. PHP also has many security frameworks which you can make use of.

Cheers !

The security firm gave vulnerability assessments of 30,000 websites under its management with the goal of measuring the security performance of their underlying programming languages and frameworks. The following are some key highlights of its findings.

First, a disclaimer: as with any independent study, one must take the scope of the research into consideration before making any judgements regarding a language’s security (or lack thereof). In terms of the WhiteHat Security report, the 30,000 websites used in the study belong to WhiteHat customers and seem to represent the old pantheon of web programming languages: ASP/.NET
