-Start a file transfer, such as downloading a file from, or uploading a file to, an FTP server

How to make hyperlink?
-Select the text, picture, or shape.
-On the Standard toolbar, click Insert Hyperlink .
-Under Link to, click Existing File or Web Page or Create New Document.
