use a good theme,use html sitemap,use keyword cloud and facebook fans to make it much more better check crunchcorn.com.you will get some concept what i am talking about.

It looks okay for me.
But there's only an ad inserting on your first article on the first page that looks like disturbing to the eye of the readers.

But I think it interferes with the reader's attention the first articles of the first page. There are ad insertion.

Good, You are getting revenue from Google Adsense. But, i suggest you content which that in your website is not aligned clearly, the alignment is important for good view. make some change.
