Please help to know that how to get keywords on Top Ten ?

First of all do proper on-page optimization.

1. An SEO friendly title

2. At least one external link

3. At least one internal link

4. An image with a good SEO friendly caption, alt text, and description

5. An SEO friendly secondary title (the meta data title)

6. A good Call to Action in your meta data description.

After completing on-page. start doing Off-page Optimization.

1. Content Marketing (High Authority Blogs, Articles, PR)

2. Forum Posting (High Authority and relevant Forum)

3. Try to get back link from high PR and High Domain Authority website e.g (Reddit, Tumlr, Scoop.it, Digg etc)

4. Social Media Optimization (Daily post informative and creative content and images to attract targeted audience )

Yes, you need to do onpage optimization as well as off-page optimization. Off-page is nothing but creating the high quality links for the websites.
