What can I do?
I have a website www.graftene.com/. It has few article but good in quality.The last article of this site was published in February 2015. I want to start it again and wish to get a good page rank. What should be my strategy...

Make sure to update your site frequently and then bookmark it in your social websites for your friends to view and refer. This can bring traffic to your site.

It is okay and nothing to be worried. But main concern is its taking time to load the pages. You may start writing again, and as your site is old, it will help to rank better.
