Google started Panda 4.1 update: fighting on low quality content
Dear webmasters,
Here is the time to discuss about Google's 27th Panda update. Pierre Far A Google web master employee has shared the official announcement of Panda 4.1 in his latest Google+ post which gives a strong ranking signal to high quality content website and sorry to low quality quality and black hat guys. The new Panda update introduces a new algorithm for Google search. This time, it focused on the quality of content, while the previous Panda update focused more on illegal SEO method. About 3-5% of all websites in the world are affected by this update.

Most of the search engines downgrade such web pages, or sometimes these websites are banned.
