Here are some tips:
1. Must drink 2 to 3 liters water per day
2. Replace an ordinary tea with Green Tea
3. Include fruits and salads in your meal.
4.Avoid oily and spicy food and exercise everyday for about 30 minutes and stay healthy!

Those are great tips - thanks for sharing! Daily exercise - even a leisurely stroll - is good for keeping your weight in check.
