its not that easy first submit your site to google, then open a google webmasters account, webmaster will give you very deep insight about your site from google's point of view, then create back link to your site on other popular and relevant site, if you want to check whether google indexes your site or not type site: yoursitename in google and hit enter.

To improve Google page rank, you must get quality backlink. If you are a newbie you may wonder to know that a nofollow link doesn’t pass link juice thereby it doesn’t influence your Google page rank.

Its although very difficult to tell about how dofollow links works, only google give its answer. But if you have a good quality dofollow link, its gives good impact on your domain and page authority and SERP searches

You have to keep the balance between Do-follow and No-follow. Both are very important. If you only build do-follow backlink then Google will ban you in near future.
