How to Reduce or Decrease Bounce Rate of my site?

My website bounce rate is hitting almost 100% and I know from reading some SEO articles that it should be under 50%. What are the best ways to lower it?

You should use right information to right page that people find useful to read and they feel like they are at right place to read about any product or service that you are offering.

High bounce rate in itself doesn't mean it is a bad site. I would think Google looks to see if you continue your search, going back to the Google search results and looking at more sites.I really doubt that bounce rate make a different on SERP.
