Real Estate Market In Ahmedabad
Several heritage houses in the city are been converted into heritage hotels, earning good rentals or royalty for the owners. In Ahmedabad's walled city alone there are 1,100 heritage property owners available.
The city is enjoying considerable attention from the service sector and a number of ITITeS, banking, finance and insurance companies are establishing their offices here. The growth in the service sector is further complemented by industrial development.

Ahmedabad is growing very fast and investment in Ahmedabad will give a very good return

Ahmedabad is a mega city and has great infrastructure. Many companies like MNC's have signed MOU's to establish their business here and so real estate is going to benefit.

Ahmedabad is also going to be a smart city so so its infrasrtucture and real estate are going to develop a lot.

In Ahmedabad some areas still need development though as there infratsructure is abit poor so all round development is needed.

A route of railway is being planned from Ahmedabad to Mumbai which will quickly reach people to Mumbai reducing the journey time. Hope it does get approved.

Ahmedabad rates well in infrastructure and commutation system. The BRTS (Bus Rapid Transport System) or better known as Janmarg was recently rewarded with USA International Sustainable Transport Award; this had a positive influence over the realty market and resulted in more inquiries. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel airport lies in the proximity of the city-center, and this eases its connectivity to the other cities of India.

Ahmedabad is developing but still lots of work to do so if you invest now then within few years you will get a very good return
