Canonical Url

My website is in both version of english and spanish. Same title tag is present in both the version. Google shows duplicate title tag is there. I cannot change my tag. Can I provide canonical tag to url?

The web crawler neighborly URL that you need the web indexes to regard as legitimate. As it were, an authoritative URL is the URL that you need guests to see. Frequently sanctioned URLs were utilized to portray the landing page.

Pick one of those URLs as your canonical URL and use 301 redirects to send traffic from the other URLs to your preferred URL. A server-side 301 redirect is the best way to ensure that users and search engines are directed to the correct page.

a canonical URL is an authoritatively correct URL for a resource. Canonicalization is the process of choosing the best URL when there are several options.

Canonical Urls are on the page and define which url the page should be indexed as. This is used when you have one or more url parameters that might resolve that same content.

Google will choose one URL as the canonical version and crawl that, and all other URLs will be considered duplicate URLs and crawled less often. ... To consolidate link signals for similar or duplicate pages.
