Cache memory , also called CPU memory, is random access memory (RAM) that a computer microprocessor can access more quickly than it can access regular RAM.
You check cache memory to do following staps :

When you say cache, are you referring to the virtual memory allocated by windows apart from your RAM ?
If yes, follow the steps below to find it

1) Click "Start

2) Right-click "Computer" and select "Properties" from the menu to open "System Properties

3) Click "Advanced System Settings."

4) Click the "Advanced" tab. Select the "Settings" button under the "Performance" section of the screen

5) Click the "Advanced" tab in the "Performance Options" window.

This will show you the cache memory available to your computer.

Copy of a web page stored by a search engine. When you search the web you are not actively searching the whole web, but are searching files in the search engine index.
Some search engines provide links to cached versions of pages in their search results, and allow you to strip some of the formatting from cached copies of pages.

Google’s cache has been around in the search results for a long time. In fact, Google’s cache is often ignored in SEO strategy and analysis. But using it can provide you with a lot of information that can increase leads, sales, user satisfaction and even offer clues to existing problems with your website.
Cache status indicates the active participation of crawler on your website. If crawler is visiting your website daily and updating its database with updates occurred on your website, it means your website is being cached frequently.

Its actually a collection of items of the same type stored in a hidden or inaccessible place.

How to view a file from the cache:
Copy the code at the bottom of this post.
Click on whichever file you want to view. You should then see a page with a bunch of text and numbers.
In Chrome, go to Settings > Tools > JavaScript Console.
Near the > character, paste the copied code.
Press Enter on your keyboard.http://www.projuktishop.com/

In the terribly simplest of definitions, cache may be a pic of an online page that Google creates and stores when they need indexed a page. once pages area unit indexed, they're classified and filed inside Google's indexers, however they are doing not actively search tho' various sites on every occasion that page is named up.
