Bing Sitemap Submission Problems
I've been trying to submit my xml sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tools for the past couple years and had little success. My sitemap contains over 89k URLs, but for some reason the Pages Crawled is 23k and the Pages Indexed is about 400 pages?
I know my website is an HTTPS website. Do you think this could be the problem on why Bing will not crawl or Index more pages of my website? |

I believe there was an article released regarding Bing omitting results on SERP.
You can check searchengineland or seoroundtable.

I have not submitted sitemap on bing search. Actually, I don't know how to update it.

I too haven't submitted to Bing. My blog

Go to bing Dashboard, select sitemap and add your sitemap url.

Probably, you need to check the number of XML Sitemaps that have come across all URLs that either have a 404 or a redirection using a 301 or 302.
Surprisingly, you may find also ULRs that have been disallowed via robots.txt
