You can cleanup that backlinks which can effect your website negativity. Look for that links that pointing your site. Download these sample backlinks into a file and upload it to your web master tool to disavow it

First of all check the quality of the link from back link checker tool and find out the harmful link from the site using disavow tool to remove the bad links.

2. Find the contact information on the website. If no contact details are available, who is can help you find the email address used to register the domain or host the website.
3. Try to make the job of a webmaster clear by identifying the location of the bad links.
4. If you are not get a reply in a few business days, then send a follow-up

there are so many tools are available but i think Google webmaster is best tool for remove bad back links.
