how many H1 tag can be used on a webpage? Suggest me here please.

Only one H1 tag should be used in a website, as per the concept of SEO & ranking of keyword, it is technically defined that only one H1 is sufficient for a website.

H1 tag should only be 1. else it might create a negative impact on keywords

There should be only one H1 tag. However, if you need multiple test elements with same style as H1, you can create a class with required styling and use the class for H1 and other header tags.

Don't listen to them. You can use as many H1 tag as you wish in your site. The only problem is it'll be a bit harder for you to find you site using Google

You should use at least on H1 tag in your Home Page or every page. This is good practice for seo point of view.
