“Cost” depends on, to whom. I don’t know how much they really cost to the facility but I should imagine the ticket price is driven somewhat by insurance liability, and the simple fact that’s it’s a business. If enough people will pay $100k for 30 days, that’s what they’ll charge.

Well, it depends on the program and location I think. I recommend to check out rehabs in new york https://addictionresource.com/drug-rehab/new-york/ and be sure that you have all required information in order to take a clear decision.
