How to optimize the image
Well, in order to optimize the image, you have to place your keyword at the following areas like:
In the Title tag In the alt tag In the name of the picture By placing the keyword at the above mentioned places, you can actually optimize the images....

If only image alt tag is your keyword that is enough for google to index your image.
