Yahoo! Answers is a site of "regular joe's" just like you and me. It's a great place to go for general advice and random questions...not so much for questions that would require expert analysis (unless you get lucky and a rocket scientist reads and answers your highly complex query).

Yahoo answer is a great forum. This is not good for the interacting with the people only, but you can use this for the purpose of the link building too.
