i have some confusion,
i made a back links and never use any indexer tool for back link indexed.

so tell me may i submit my back links to google console :-https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

is it right ways for may i use any paid tool for indexing it??

Yeah it's right to submit for indexing. But you you still waiting more time. So, you have use Search engine submission and reviews this strategy help for indexing soon

Google console is nothing but a part of seo tools. it can be using for check the webmaster details for your website google how will crawling your website and check the ctr rating,crawl error also.

Dont use paid tool for index. Use google webmaster for index.

Yes, that's advisable. It will get indexed soon, you'll know it if you search your site on google ex. site:yoursite.com
If the returned results is your site pages then it means your site has been indexed; you can also check the cache page of your site to see when Google indexed your site (pages).
