Pogo sticking: Pogo sticking occurs when a user performs a search, clicks on a result, very quickly clicks back to the search result page, and clicks on a different result. This type of behavior is a direct result of immediate dissatisfaction in the search result

A high bounce rate generally means one of two things: Your webpage is managing to attract exactly the right audience and is satisfying their needs on the landing page; or. Your webpage is somehow attracting exactly the wrong audience and they are leaving your website unsatisfied.

In other words, pogo-sticking is when the searcher clicks on a link on a SERP, sees that it's not what she is looking for, and immediately bounces off by hitting the back button

Pogo-sticking is defined as going returning and forth from a look for engine look for engines (SERP) to an individual google listing destination site. In other words, pogo-sticking is when the browser clicks of the mouse a link on a SERP, recognizes that it's not what she is looking for, and immediately bounces off by hitting the rear again button.

In SEO, pogo sticking is a term that means that a user who comes and goes on a results page of a search engine to open multiple results from the same search. The user returns to the result page if he does not find a relevant result and clicks on another result. And so on until he finds the information he is looking for.
