Website Synchronization

I'm currently running a web farm with over 8 Web Servers, 4 MSSQL servers and 2 File Servers (All Windows 2003). I am looking for an Enterprise Level application that will keep everything synched up. This inclueds all IIS settings and files and if at all possible MSSQL Databases.

We are currently using 2 Radware Website Directors for load balancers and they have the ability to do Global Load Balancing. We are considering opening a sister site in Europe but are a little confused as to how to keep the data synched from one location to the other.

We have tried MS Application Center and found it to be too limited and difficult to manage. An example is when the sites are synched, the IP address from the first web server is applied to ALL servers in their Host Headers. This is a problem since we are using an external Load Balancing solution and will "Break" the sites when they are synched.

We have also given Brightstor High Availability Manager a try, but didn't like that it locks the files while a synchronization is in place. This cause the server to be realatively useless while a sync is being done because nobody can access the content.

We are using some static content on our sites, but the majority is ASP pages that do complex database calls to MSSQL. If there is a product that can sync SQL and Websites that would be prime.
