If you could tolerate PPC expense then it would be better for getting traffic on your website within a day as it makes your site visible in paid searches otherwise opt for seo that could take time of several months to appear in organic searches.

I agree that PPC gives more leads but at the end of the day you need both organic and Paid.

If you need an immediate traffic to your website then go for Ad words for long term process SEO is suitable.
