There are lot's of languages and which is "best" depends on what you are trying to do.
I like Java as its very versatile but is not always suitable for some aspects of programming such as AI and Machine Learning. Choosing a programming language is choosing the best tool for the job.

You can learn PHP, .Net. Both PHP and .Net are easier to use as compared to Java. PHP is considered the most easiest Language to learn and use. For web development you also need to learn HTML and CSS and My sql ,
