Link Juice means for example, if we get a do follow link from a PR2 site, then the link juice of some (0.0002 Assumption) of the PR2 will pass to our site. If it is no follow then no juice will pass.

Link juice is the currency of Google. In other words, it's the secret sauce that allows you to beat your competitors for rankings in Google. Sure, there are some other factors that Google uses to calculate rankings (see Search Engine Optimization), but link juice is by far the most important aspect of dominating Google and in order to understand Google, you have to understand link juice.

Link juice helps in passing the Seo benefit to your website or blog. It helps in getting high PR.

Links, both internal on your site and external those pointing from other sites to yours are what help search engines find and index your content.

Link juice provides benefits to other pages related to high page ranked websites. Like if any website has high page rank then all the other links or website which are related to it can also get equally distributed PR juice.These is also good to promote your internal pages.

Link juice as all about getting page rank juice from any other high page rank website. Dofollow links are useful to provide link juice from any website. For example, if any website have page rank 5 and it allows dofollow links then this page rank is equally get distributed to the total number of dofollow links present on that web page, it is called link juice.
