Forum submission, Classified submission, Search engine submission, Local listening, Article submission, Blog commenting, press release, Directory submission etc.

It's very tough nowadays to get backlinks from very high authority sites like edu, .gov, and web 2.0 sites. It's better to buy a cheap seo service for getting penguin friendly backlinks for edu backlinks and other. If you cant invest like me in this case , then I would recommend you to do blog posting , article submission, directory submission.

high domain authority sites backlinks is very valueable for your website to improve search engine ranking. there are good mathod to make unique backlinks with good pr site.
