Hlo Friends,
Can anyone tell me, What are the limitations of title and description tags?

The new title length is 70 characters where as Descriptions have also increased by about 16-20 characters per line. The new description length per line is 100 characters.

There is no limitation of title and description tag, but yes its recommended that your title should be of 60 to 70 characters and description should be of 160 characters (including white spaces) because Google shows title and description in search results as recommended previously.

Title tag - It should be 60-70 characters limits.
Description tag - It should be 150-160 character limits.

Both are limited with a certain number of characters to use.
Most of all it is important to have your keyword on the title and description; short but descriptive.Title tag limitations is 50-60 character and descriptions tag 150-160 character limitations.

According to new Google guidelines title is 60 char, maximum in length and meta description is maximum 160 char.
