Social bookmarking is not helps you too much to increase your website PR. It is task which is used to increase your website traffic. This are some website which will help you to increase your your website traffic: Reddit, delicious, Stumbleupon, Technorati, Diggo, Digg, etc.

Social bookmarking is not helps to create high quality backlinks structures because the backlinks come in form social media website those are nofollow backlinks. And nofollow backlinks are not helps to get high rank on google.

Social-Book marking help to increase website PR"Page Rank". But this is only for some time because back-links created by social bookmarking is removed after one or Two months.
