Recently I was working on a project of contentmart and came across one such discussion where the client asked me to do proper keyword research. I was very casual about the application of keywords before but after the discussion I did a proper research like 'why we need a keyword research with the help of a tool?' Mostly, it has two reasons-
1. Better organic search results.
2. Better PPC search results.
In case of organic results, the keywords are called opportunity keywords. You can use obscure keywords in such case and your page will be indexed on Google within a short time. PPC is Pay Per Click. In case of PPC results, you will need keywords that are quite common. Combining these two reasons, a keyword research should be done. Thus, for better page ranking and both PPC rank and organic ranking, you need keyword research.
