Wordpress Cluster Solution with unique pay-as-you-use pricing model?

Would like you, guys, to help me with my wordpress project. I am running my wordpress at shared hosting account, but I have downtime from time to time cos my traffic increase...

One of my colleagues recommended me to choose Jelastic.com and their wordpress cluster solution.
