Page Rank

Page rank is an important factor. It is basically a rating system from the search engines for a site. A good page rank is always desirable. Google and Yahoo are the two search engines who have this Page Rank rating system. I have a site which has a very good Page Rank, provided by the Google. Recently, my site PR has moved from the 6 to 8. My next plan is to rank higher. Are there some ways to do that? What should I do to further increase my rank? Will someone contribute on his experience with SEO? I would be glad if you do. I just want to be on top in the competition. Are there any suggestions for me?

Please don't judge me, this is just my humble opinion:
A website with (google) pagerank above 8, is a very "huge" website.
It will be equal with microsoft.com or twitter.com (pagerank 9).

In this level, I think you need to focus on "service", not on SEO.
You must satisfy your users, and "users" means "very very much users".
And your user, will do the SEO itself, for you.

For example, you may want to provide API for your website.

Learn SEO

Those who want to learn SEO need to know one crucial fact: the feat is impossible. While that may be a bit of an overstatement, there really is no such thing as "knowing all there is to know" about search engine optimization. The only choice left is to actually start applying some of the knowledge and skills gained throughout the learning process! There are tons of quality SEO courses online that are great to use alongside experimentation, but actual experience is an unbeatable, and absolutely critical, part of the deal.

We need not to worry about page rank, we just need to concentrate more about our service and our target audience only. If we work on these alone will give us a great result in the form of traffic, PR and better search engine ranking.

You must place your Cascading Style Sheets or CSS in short on external style sheets for better results. Detailed discussion about the placement of CSS is provided in this site.
