Changing your Page URL won’t change your Page name – the title that appears under your cover photo. However, be aware that once you’ve set a vanity URL, changing it will mean that any links to your Page will no longer work. If you don’t search out and change the old links, when clicked, they’ll lead to this cute message

You can customize your URL from Facebook general settings.
you also set customized facebook page Url.... Just go to page settings and edit the customized url name what you want.

You have to keep in mind that if you already changed it once, you will not be able to change it this time.

You can change the URL of Facebook page from Facebook General setting page.

Once you verify your page, you will be able to update you Facebook Fan Page URL.

Yeah, but Facebook changed requirements to do that. You have to have at least 500 fans to get custom url.
