Dear, First You Contact on Site Owner, if site owner doesn't responsive to your email, you can use Google Webmaster Tools Namely "Disavow Tool" to remove poor or unnatural links.

To remove the poor links from the website you need to follow some steps such as
1. Go to the disavow links tool page 2. Select your website 3. Click disavow links 4. Click choose file

Spam or bad backlinks can be removed using Google disavow tool. The tool is used to exclude the bad links for your website to rank it higher in search results.

The bad back link are easy to find first which low quality pages your web site linked by bad links,if you have too many back link get rid off,also you can use disavow tool remove poor link.
