How many times a week we should do Social Bookmarking?

Submit each link in 100 bookmarking sites in a day then submit another second url in those 50 bookmarking sites next day. Continue this routine that is ideal. Because submit your 25 urls in one bookmarking sites I think its create spamming.

You can submit to social bookmarking sites as many as you want. But don't forget to use popular ones.

To give you one tip, since you are using different URLs, you may want to write one article on each url with its main keyword and blast it with bookmarking links.
