Cool how many target keywords in website?
Can anyone tell me that how many target keywords should a site have?

It's depends upon your website i.e. How many pages your website have, how many keywords you targeted in content and all.

Maximum 2 to 3 keywords are enough for a web page's meta title and description of your website.You can and maximum 4 keywords on your web page meta keyword tag.

Keyword density should not be more the 5% for any webpage as compare to all words present on that web page. You can use 2 or 3 keyword, but if you use more than that it will come under black hat SEO. Which is not good for any website.

I target one or two keywords per page. I think more than that makes on page optimization difficult.

Its depend on your websites how many keyword you target. But one page in minimum 2 to 3 keyword target.

It's easier for pages to rank if they focus on one topic, so you should focus on two or three primary keywords per page that are reworded variations.
