Yes, if you want an immediate traffic and have to money to spend on it, PPC is the most effective ways of generating money. If you are new to the business and dont have so much money to spend then shift your focus to Off-Page Optimization. In the mean time you can effectively use social media to create an awareness of the services that you are offering!

That is what i said buddy, If you dont have budget, try hard working on Off-page, it can be slow but eventually very rewarding in the longer run!
