Learn Programming With Programming Forums

I am new to programming and I can't find more time to learn programming in institutes. What is the solution for me to learn computer programming? I have found that there are many online websites where you can start learning computer programming but some time you also need to discuss the problems you are facing. The only beneficial platform where you can share your problems and discuss with huge developed community are programming forums.
