you should elaborate your question further....
some of the webmasters use some text on the web page which is not showing to the readers but rebots of search engines can read it.. this text is used just for seo but now google can identified it..

The hidden links are not those that are present on the webpage to be viewed but still they are always set in an image file and can be seen through by using hyperlink. When the image gets clicked by someone it moves to some other webpage. In such a case the Google search results of that website gets hampered.

Hidden text is textual content which your visitors cannot see, but which is still readable by the search engines. The idea is to load a Web page with keywords and keyword phrases that would be unsightly to visitors but that would improve the page's rankings in the search engine results.

Hidden text means, text which visitor cannot see in the website. this technique is called black hat technique. If Google catch you will get banned for doing this.
