The truth is we do not know. I have done local SEO for my website for four years. People that tell you a specific answer may not be telling you the truth. You will see results over time. In four months, you should see results. I would think. It might be from position 220 to 150. To do SEO right it needs to be done manually .

You need to work hard for that and you need to do ON Page SEO,then focus on OFF Page SEO.It requires proper planning and execution.It takes minimum 2 months to get top rank in google.
