In search engine optimization (SEO) terminology, black hat SEO refers to the use of aggressive SEO strategies, techniques and tactics that focus only on search engines and not a human audience, and usually does not obey search engines guidelines.

Some examples of black hat SEO techniques include keyword stuffing, invisible text, doorway pages, adding unrelated keywords to the page content or page swapping (changing the webpage entirely after it has been ranked by search engines).

Black hat SEO technique is an illegal technique that violates all the rules of search engines. In Black hat, immense backlinks are made that too of two tier which are not of use for increasing the rank of any website in search engines quickly.

Black hat is not much helpful for maintaining the rank of any website in Google search engine. It boost the rank for a while by making thousands of backlinks which are of low quality. It is a very bad technique.

Today, using black hat seo can lead to Google penalty. So it is recommended to use White hat SEO over Black hat SEO.
