WordTracker also shows related keyword. You can use semrush and keywordspy keyword tool as well.

There are too many keyword research tool available on google. But i just wanted to know why you don't go with google keyword planner. It is a good and free tool. In internet there are more keyword tool available to check ranking of keyword ,google ad words is best one.
