when you go My Network tab after that you can edit the robots.txt file.

robots.text file plays a major role in ranking a site in search engine results page. The use of robots.txt file it guides the search engine spiders, which page has to be indexed and which is to avoid. When search engines crawler enter your website it mainly check for robots.txt file. To edit your robots.txt file you can find it under the Tools section of your My Network tab.
