No google does not give priority to keyword metas. If you want to add them then you can add.

Google has mentioned they no longer use meta keyword tags in their algorithm for search rankings. Google or nay other search engine work on with the help of keyword (u have to use the right keyword , than your site listed in search with good ranking) and promote your web url and keyword by various method .
